Flat and Shape Punching Dies

Punching dies, which consist of an upper blade, are used in conjunction with a punching base. A punching iron is often used as the punching tool, which is either placed freely on the material to be punched or attached to the top of a punch. The punching tool, in the form of a punching iron, presses directly onto the material placed on the punching base, compressing the cut contour to create a clean cut. The punching base is usually made of plastic, such as POM.
