Punching Crowns

Punching crowns are toothed punching blades used for punching or puncturing film or paper. The toothing of the punching crown first pierces the film and simultaneously cuts it as it penetrates further. These punching blades are primarily used in the packaging industry to punch or pierce film packaging in packaging machines. In the coffee industry, punching crowns are used in the production of coffee pods. Punching crowns are also known as punching blades.
